Our sauces and pureed soups in pellets® are versatile and practical; they can be used in first courses, main courses and side dishes, starters, entrées, on crostini and bruschettas, as plating sauces, and for the preparation of other more elaborate sauces.
At the moment of use, take only the amount needed from the bag, and this way you waste nothing, and the cost per portion is already calculated.
Recipes
We produce classic sauces, pureed soups, bechamels, soups with pieces and sauces for risottos, also available in organic versions. Our team also develops exclusive recipes on customer request.
Reheating methods
Our deep-frozen sauces can be reheated in just a few minutes in a frying pan, in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
Packaging
Our sauces in pellets® are packaged in food-grade bags of 500 g and 1 kg, and in boxes of 3 kg or variable weight. Both our food-grade bags and our packaging boxes are customizable according to the needs of the customer.
