With our “Made of Italy” logo, we express pride in our country, along with the desire to preserve and promote Italian culture and traditional Italian food through our products, bringing fresh pasta in all its forms to kitchens around the world.

For the world of food service, we currently have eight brands of deep-frozen fresh pasta, deep-frozen ready meals, deep-frozen sauces in pellets, quick-cook pasta and rice, and much more, all products inspired by flavour and traditional Italian food.

Our brands are dedicated to professional catering, and are designed to meet every need in terms of preparation and service.
Laboratorio Tortellini®, our traditional catalogue that includes over 140 Italian pasta recipes and Divine Creazioni®, our premium line. Pastasì® Soluzioni Express, a catalogue of quick-cook pasta and rice and Prontosfoglia®, pre-cooked egg pasta sheets for oven-baked first courses. Sugosi®, deep-frozen sauces in convenient pellets and Fiordiprimi®, ready meals to reheat in the microwave or oven.

Cooking versatility
Our products can be cooked or reheated using many different cooking methods: boiling water, frying pan (for example for gnocchi), deep-frying, steam oven, convection oven and grilling.

Training
To promote and improve the work of operators in the catering world, we have always invested in the field of training and Italian good food culture. We organize constant training events with our team of chefs at De Gusto® and the most important professional associations. We believe that training sector professionals is the right way to promote the entire Italian food world.

Private Label
We are able to meet the needs of the industrial, large retail and private label sector, providing our experience, the wide flexibility of our production facilities and our advanced techniques in the deep-freezing field. We design and produce customized dishes and products, responding to all types of needs.

Thanks to our team of experts, we offer strategic and operational consultations on a wide range of products and recipes to help large brands in the development and creation of highly customized products, packaged according to their needs.

Products
For private labels, we can create different combinations of products: single and multi-portion ready meals and pasta and rice without condiments, or paired with our sauces based on recipes designed together. For supermarket deli counters, we provide the same products we have developed for food service.

Production volumes
Our Lavezzola facilities have 34 production lines able to produce 165 tonnes of fresh pasta, 12 tonnes of ready-made sauces and 80,000 ready meals every day. In our automated warehouse set at -20 °C, we store thousands of product recipes.
