Tortelli Mezzaluna with butter and sage and Rum&Sage

Procedure

DRINK RECIPE

– 60 ml clarified sage Milk Punch
– top of Prosecco Valdobbiadene Docg

 

PREPARATION

Shake and strain. Pour the Milk Punch into the flute and complete with Prosecco. Garnish with sage leaf and sage chips, and pink pepper.

For Fiordiprimi® Tortelli Mezzaluna with butter and sage, Michael Limoni has created a Milk Punch clarified with sage with the addition of Prosecco. The result is a drink of great balance, fresh and fragrant in which sage acts as a bridge with the plate.
