Sugosi® tomato and basil sauce
fresh cream
food gelatine
Procedure
Dissolve the Sugosi® Tomato and Basil Sauce, add the agar-agar and boil for 2 minutes, strain through a fine sieve, add the fresh cream. Fill a siphon ¾ full with the mixture, fill it with 2 charges of isi gas. Allow to stand 20 min in the refrigerator before using the froth to your taste.
