– 30 ml lime
– 15 ml cordial lime
– 15 ml bergamot rosolio
– top Champagne

PREPARATION
Shake and fill in collins with Champagne. Decorate with crusta “brushed” of spirulina seaweed.
OUR COMMENT
To accompany the Tagliatelle al Ragù Bolognese, a rich and tasty specialty, Scarzella created a Champagne-based fizz, clean and elegant, mixed with a dry London gin, bergamot rosolio, lime juice, lime peel cordial and a spirulina seaweed crusta to recall the herbaceous notes.
