DRINK RECIPE
– 3 cl Sake (Gekkeikan)
– 3 cl Umeshu liqueur
– 3 cl Wheat grass cordial
PREPARATION
Shake & double strain technique, serve in old fashioned glass with ice cube, decorate with dried ear of corn.
OUR COMMENT
This combination marries Fiordiprimi®‘s Spaghetti with seafood with the Japanese gastronomic and liquor tradition. In the drink we find a slight herbaceous aroma reminiscent of the pasta grain.
