Ingredients for 4 people
For the Scrigni®:
Approximately 300 g of Scrigni® with Apulia Burrata cheese Divine Creazioni® (20 pieces)
White chocolate powder
For the white chocolate and toasted hazelnuts glaze:
100 g of Ice Choc White Barry Callebaut
30 g of peeled hazelnuts
Salt to taste
Procedure
Break the hazelnuts and toast them in the oven or in a pan over moderate heat. Meanwhile, melt the Ice Choc White chocolate.
Cook the Scrigni® with Apulia Burrata cheese Divine Creazioni® in boiling water, then drain, let cool slightly, and dry off excess water.
Glaze with the Ice Choc White chocolate.
Finally, arrange the Scrigni on plates, finish with toasted hazelnuts and optionally with white chocolate powder.
