Risotto with saffron with La Vie En Rose

Procedure

DRINK RECIPE

– 3 cl gin
– 2 cl rose cordial
– 1,5 cl lemon juice

 

PREPARATION

Shake the ingredients and strain into a small glass. Decorate with black salt crust on one side of the glass.

 

OUR COMMENT

The drink’s rose cordial, with its elegance, softens the pleasantly pungent notes of the Risotto with saffron, creating a perfect harmony. The lemon, among the ingredients of La Vie en Rose, goes to refresh, with its acidity, the palate and prepare it for the next mouthful
