DRINK RECIPE
– 45 ml Biancosarti
– 45 ml white vermouth
– top tonic water
PREPARATION
Cool and dilute the first two ingredients in the mixing glass. Pour, over ice cubes, into the tumbler and top with tonic. Decorate with lemon peel worked in origami style.
OUR COMMENT
To accompany the Ravioli with tomato and basil, an American twist obtained by replacing the classic bitter with Biancosarti, red vermouth with white vermouth and soda with tonic. The result is an ideal combination in which the floral and herbaceous notes of the drink emphasise the characteristic savoury notes of the dish.
