Sugosi® Carbonara sauce

Onion

Puff pastry

Procedure

In a bowl, heat the Sugosi® Carbonara sauce, add the onion previously braised in a pan with a little salt, fill the molds of the desired size and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 170°C. Remove from molds and serve hot.
