Porcini mushroom sauce Sugosi®
Bread for croutons
Celery
Extra virgin olive oil
Procedure
Melt the Porcini mushroom sauce Sugosi® in a pan or microwave, cut the bread into cubes and toast in the oven for a few minutes. Meanwhile, julienne the celery and place it in cold water to keep it crunchy. Serve the hot mushroom sauce and garnish with toasted croutons and celery.
