Fish sauce Sugosi®

Parsley

Mussels

Clams

Dogfish

EVO oil

Tuscan bread

Procedure

Heat the oil and parsley in a pan, then add the frozen Fish sauce Sugosi®. Boil for a few minutes, then add the dogfish, mussels, and clams. Cover with a lid and cook until the shellfish have opened. Plate and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and a drizzle of EVO oil. Serve hot.
