Procedure

DRINK RECIPE

– 3 cl bitter
– 2 cl vermouth
– 1 cl basil cordial
– top of soda

 

PREPARATION

Realize with build method. Serve in a low tumbler. Decorate with rosemary sprig and dried flowers.

 

OUR COMMENT

In this twist on the Americano we play with the ingredients of the dish by reintroducing basil also in the cocktail. The palate is a succession of emotions from the bitterness of the bitter to the sweetness of the basil before returning to the bitter note of the vermouth.
