Procedure
DRINK RECIPE
– 4 cl Gin mix (Xoriguer gin Mahon and Beefeater)
– 2 cl citrus mix Roots (lemon, lime, pink grapefruit)
– 1.5 cl liqueur d’expedition Franciacorta La Spensierata
– 0,75 cl simple syrup
– 5 cl Champagne Ultratradition Brut Lahèrte Frères
PREPARATION
Shake the first ingredients and top with Champagne. Serve in a wide Asti glass. Spray from close range with black pepper spray. Decorate with red grape skewer.
OUR COMMENT
Fish is the soul mate of gin and white wine. We choose Champagne for its fine bubbles that combine perfectly with the savoury flavour of the garganelli with salmon. The acidity of the liqueur d’expedition, combined with that of the wine itself and the citrus mix, stimulates salivation and helps feed the appetite.
