Procedure
DRINK RECIPE
– 30 ml Veritas rum
– 15 ml Alamea pimento liqueur
– 30 ml lime juice
– 30 ml passion fruit syrup
PREPARATION
Shake all the elements together and pour into a cocktail glass. Decorate with a sprinkling of allspice.
OUR COMMENT
In this combination we wanted to balance the sweet character of the courgettes and prawns. For Garganelli prawns and courgettes Fiordiprimi® the bartender chose to play with both the freshness and exotic character of passion fruit and the aromatic and spicy notes of Jamaican allspice.
