Cuori with cheese, broccoli rabe, and bronte pistachio

Ingredients for 0 person

400 g Cuori with cheese
1 kg broccoli rabe
3 anchovy fillets in oil
20 g lightly chopped Bronte pistachios
Chili pepper to taste
2 garlic cloves

Procedure

Clean the broccoli rabe and cook it in plenty of salted water, then drain after about 8 minutes.
In a pan, sauté the garlic in oil. Once the garlic is golden, remove it and add the anchovies, letting them dissolve gently. Add the broccoli rabe, a pinch of chili pepper, and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the Cuori with cheese, drain them, and toss them in the pan with the seasoning.
Finish the dish with a sprinkle of pistachio.
