Cheese cream Sugosi®

Bread crostini

Pecorino

Procedure

Melt the Cheese cream Sugosi® directly in a saucepan or using a double boiler. Slice the bread to make crostini and toast them in the oven until crispy. Cover the bread crostini with the cheese sauce and garnish with Pecorino shavings on top of the sauce.
