600 g precooked Pastasi® Soluzioni Express rice
500 g “I Prestigiosi” Sugosi® Jerusalem artichoke cream
50 g grated “Grana Padano PDO”
30 g fresh Malaga butter
30 g herbs to taste (thyme, chervil, dill)
edible flowers to taste
Procedure
PROCEDURE:
In a saucepan pour the rice and the still frozen Jerusalem artichoke cream.
Cook according to the indicated timing.
At the end of cooking, cream with the butter, Grana Padano and roughly chopped fresh herbs.
Serve in warmed pasta dishes, decorate with fresh edible flowers.
SUGGESTIONS:
Jerusalem artichoke has a delicate flavour reminiscent of artichoke and dill. For this reason, it is possible to customise the risotto by using other fresh ingredients in the place of the herbs.
