Sugosi® Carbonara Sauce

Procedure
Dissolve the Sugosi® Carbonara Sauce, strain the mixture and add the liquid cream.
Fill a siphon ¾ full with 2 charges of isi gas.
Leave to rest for 20 minutes in the fridge.
Use the carbonara mousse as a sauce, apetizer or simply as an accompaniment to a dish.
