Beef fillet

Butter

Thyme

Garlic

Procedure

In a pan, heat the oil, add garlic, thyme, butter, then cook the beef fillet for 2 minutes on each side, keep warm. Separately, heat the Sugosi® Porcini mushroom sauce in a saucepan. Serve the fillet accompanied by the Sugosi® Porcini mushroom sauce, let it absorb the flavors and serve hot.
