Andalusian-Style Tomato and Basil Gazpacho

Tomato and basil sauce Sugosi®

Vinegar

Stale bread

Yellow peppers

Red peppers

Cucumbers

Extra virgin olive oil

Procedure

Melt the Tomato and basil sauce Sugosi®. Let it cool down and then add vinegar, bread, peppers, one cucumber, and a drizzle of olive oil in sequence. Blend everything with a blender. Let it rest in the refrigerator and serve the gazpacho well chilled.
