Quadrelli with Chianina beef meat and king oyster mushrooms
Description
Divina Creazione N.16 pays tribute to two of the culinary treasures of central and southern Italy with a filling combining two prized ingredients: king oyster mushrooms and Chianina beef. The king oyster mushroom is a rare Mediterranean mushroom which in Italy can only be found – in limited quantities – in the countryside of the Murgia, around Bari, Taranto and Basilicata. Fleshy mushroom with a strong flavour and intense aroma that does not overwhelm the flavour of other ingredients. Its pleasant delicate flavour enhances the fabled meat of the Chianina, an autochthonous cattle breed from the Val di Chiana, an area bordering Tuscany, Umbria and Emilia- Romagna. The meat used for this filling comes exclusively from certified Chianina cattle.
