Description

With Parmigiano Reggiano cheese seasoned for 30 months (44% of filling). Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese – the king of cheeses, often imitated but never matched, and as tasty as it is nourishing – gives our Balanzone its full-bodied flavour and enticing aroma. They also contain nutmeg, with a ricotta as binder.
