With the stir-fry technique, we can combine every type of pre-cooked pasta and three varieties of the finest rice cultivated in Italy (Carnaroli and Vialone Nano) with the greatest traditional Italian sauces. We are also able to produce recipes developed specially according to the needs of the customer.
