Why plant-based?
Plant-based products meet the demand of consumers looking for healthier food that is more respectful of the environment, and a plant-based diet is a form of nutrition that prioritizes plant-based foods. Our plant-based pasta is suitable for vegans and vegetarians, is rich in fibre, and has a low fat content.
Ingredients
Our plant-based pasta is produced using mainly vegetables, such as cauliflower, lentils and peas. We can create and process all of the main pulse and vegetable flours, according to the requirements of the recipe desired by the customer, subject to industrial feasibility.
Formats
Small and long pasta produced through an extrusion process, and double-sheet filled pasta. Just like other pasta types, we produce customized formats and recipes according to the needs of the customer: plant-based plain pasta, first course recipes, stir-fry pasta, and sauces in pellets®.
Packaging
Our plant-based products are distributed in boxes of variable weight, according to the needs of the customer.
