We believe in the value of collaboration and sharing knowledge, and this is why we have collaborated for years with the most important professional associations in the catering world, and support the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo.
APCI - The Professional Association of Italian Chefs
APCI is a professional association that was founded with the goal of bringing people together and providing a service, and includes thousands of chefs and restaurateurs of every level and type. We promote the association’s activities to improve the position of chefs in modern catering. With APCI, we have launched various initiatives over the years, with the purpose of spreading awareness of our brands, especially Divine Creazioni®.
FIC - Italian Federation of Chefs
We are long-time partners of the prestigious Italian Federation of Chefs, the biggest Italian professional association in the sector. We work with the head office and their delegations throughout the national territory and abroad. The Laboratorio Tortellini® brand is approved by the FIC and continuously promoted through their activities, not only in Italy, but also abroad.
Friends of the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo
We are supporting members of the Friends of the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, a non-profit organization with the goal of promoting and managing the fundraising necessary to support the university.
UNISG was founded in 2004, and since then it has been training new professionals with interdisciplinary knowledge and skills in the field of food science, culture, politics, economics and ecology. We have also launched various research projects with the university, in collaboration with their professors and the students on their master’s degree courses.
