At SIRHA, Surgital Supports the Italian Team for the Bocuse d’Or Final and Presents the New Bottoni with Red Shrimps from Divine Creazioni®.
Lavezzola, January 2025 – Surgital, a leading company in the production of frozen fresh pasta for the foodservice industry, is present at SIRHA in Lyon (January 23–27, 2025, Hall 3, Stand 3B116), one of the world’s premier gastronomy events that also hosts the Bocuse d’Or final, often referred to as the “Olympics of Cuisine.” Surgital is proud to support the Italian Team in this challenging final leg of the competition.
