Pasta sheets for lasagne and oven-baked pasta
Prontosfoglia® is our line of practical ready-made pasta sheets to be used for the preparation of lasagne, cannelloni and timballi.
Thanks to the fact that it is pre-cooked, the preparation time for lasagne and other oven-baked pasta is very short – all you need to do is defrost the pasta and proceed with the preparation of the desired recipe.
Ingredients
Prontosfoglia® sheets are made using only durum wheat semolina. For a more compact, soft, durable dough, we use fresh pasteurized eggs and water. Just as tradition demands.
Formats
Our Prontosfoglia® egg pasta sheets are available for catering in both large tray format and small tray format, and in two flavours: egg and spinach. Prontosfoglia® is the right solution, whether as sheets for lasagne or for cannelloni.
Packaging
Our Prontosfoglia® egg pasta sheets are packaged in packets, with the sheets separated from each other. Available both in standard large tray format and for small trays.
