Prontosfoglia^® is our line of practical ready-made pasta sheets to be used for the preparation of lasagne, cannelloni and timballi.

Thanks to the fact that it is pre-cooked, the preparation time for lasagne and other oven-baked pasta is very short – all you need to do is defrost the pasta and proceed with the preparation of the desired recipe.

Ingredients

Prontosfoglia^® sheets are made using only durum wheat semolina. For a more compact, soft, durable dough, we use fresh pasteurized eggs and water. Just as tradition demands.
