DRINK RECIPE
– 30 ml gin Moletto
– 30 ml Vermouth Dry Marine Macchia
– 40 ml MeMento Blue
PREPARATION
Serve pre-batched from the freezer in a cocktail glass. Decorate with smoke bubble.
OUR COMMENT
The tomato gin, combined with the Vermouth rich in the scents of typical herbs and the non-alcoholic distillate with its distinct flavour, is a perfect match for the Risotto with seafood. The citrus smoke bubble is a cheerful, fragrant and scenic note that smells of holidays. All in all, a sea-scented combination.
