– 4.5 cl Amaro Bastaldo
– 2.5 cl vermouth dry
– 2.5 cl Jameson Ipa Edition
PREPARATION
Stir and strain in Nick & Nora cup. Decorate with vinegar caper.
OUR COMMENT
You need a distillate with character to stand up to a carbonara. The citrus notes in the bitter enhance the creaminess of the dish while the bitter and dry part of the drink creates an ideal combination with smoked bacon.
