– 6 cl bourbon
– 0,5 cl Lagavulin 16 y.o.
– 0,5 cl honey
– 4 dash Bob chocolate bitters
Procedure
PREPARATION
Stir in mixing glass and serve on an ice cube. Decorate with dark chocolate candied orange peel. Vapourise with bitter orange essential oils.
OUR COMMENT
Dish and drink are typically wintery and the combination follows the logic of contrasts: the velvety, vegetal mellowness of the rustic soup contrasts with the enveloping, yet strong and dry aromas of the cocktail.
