Panciotti® with scallops and north sea prawns
Description
The filling comprises 24% braised scallops and 23.5% North Atlantic prawns. The scallops, of which we use both the muscle and the coral, come from the Pacific Ocean, while the prawns, which come from the North Atlantic, have a slightly sweet flavour, which makes them quite scrumptious!
