Ingredients for 4 people
400 g Sugosi® cuttlefish sauce
400 g ready-made polenta
2 l frying oil
Fresh aromatic herbs to taste
Procedure
For the crispy polenta crostini: Slice the polenta as desired, fry in oil, drain excess grease, and keep warm.
Bring the Sugosi® cuttlefish sauce to a boil.
For plating: Serve the cuttlefish sauce with the polenta crostini, garnished with sprigs of fresh aromatic herbs.
