Pesto alla Genovese Sugosi®

Tuscan bread

Basil leaves

Pecorino Romano

Procedure

Slice the bread and toast it in the oven for a few minutes with a drizzle of EVO oil. Heat the Pesto alla Genovese Sugosi® in a bain-marie and serve it over the toasted bread to create crostini. Finish the dish by adding shavings of Pecorino as a garnish.
